After a hiatus due to Covid, we came back stronger than ever for our fourth season, receiving an outstanding selection of submissions. This year, we also introduced an exciting new showcase in Los Angeles. Our season culminated in an unforgettable awards ceremony on February 18, 2024, in Soho, London, where we crowned Matthew Turner as our winner for his film Amuse-Bouche. Currently, Matthew is in discussions with the TFF team about bringing his feature film to life—an exciting next step following his well-deserved win.

It’s Christmas Eve at the quaint bistro the ‘Amuse-Bouche’. The staff: Digby, Rhys, Jess and Frankie have to fight through the chaos of the day. On top of having a power outage disrupt the service suddenly, Digby has to accept the reality of his relationship with Jess all the while cooking the special meal for the evening service.

What a night to remember! The Season 4 finale brought together filmmakers, film lovers, friends, and family for an unforgettable evening in Soho.
We watched the finalists’ incredible films on the big screen, shared laughs, shed tears, and celebrated the power of storytelling. After an audience vote, Matthew Turner’s powerful take on The Attic was crowned the winner—an inspiring end to an amazing season.
Next stop for Matthew? A $10,000 option deal and a $250K feature film in the making with Rupert Street Films.
