Two Actors. Two Secrets. One Take.
Mars Sams (Eastenders, 260 Days) & Alexandra Rose Wilson (The Yellow Wallpaper, Nurse) were given character backgrounds and scenarios for themselves to live as their characters together: getting used to the space and experience small moments of their characters lives.
Then on the final take for the film the two actors were separately given secrets and then came together on screen to experience them in real time. This final take is our film 'One'.

Cassandra’s birthday is tomorrow and her hairstylist has just cancelled.
With no backup plan, undone hair and growing desperation, she heads to Peckham in search of someone who can help. Surrounded by the fast paced energy of Rye Lane, Cassandra finds herself repeatedly approached by African aunties eagerly asking her "Do You Want To Do Your Hair?". Although hesitant at first, she eventually follows one auntie who confidently promises she can do her chosen style.
